Keynote: Defining Rich | Jeff Tapper, Digital Primates

The term "rich" has numerous definitions and is highly subjective when the topic is user interface design. In this talk we'll take a look back through time to reflect on the history of user experience, explore how web developers currently define "rich", and postulate about how users might interact with rich experiences in the near future. Along the way we'll get a visual demonstration of why experience matters, and take a closer look at its impact on business competition.
